9-28-2008 California cops busted Heather Locklear and charged her with driving under the influence, in her second troubling encounter with law enforcement this year, officials said today.Locklear passed tests to show she wasn't drunk, but cops figured out she was impaired on an undisclosed prescription drug, officials said.

Honestly, we weren't surprised when Mischa Barton got slapped with a DUI in '07. After all, almost everybody had already gotten one. Here's hoping young Hollywood comes up with a different fad in the future. Maybe driving without a license?
